At Howling Frog Wines, we take great care to ensure your wines arrive safely and promptly. This Delivery & Returns Policy outlines how we manage shipping, delivery times, and returns for online purchases made through our website https://www.howlingfrogwines.com.au

We are committed to providing a positive experience for our customers and complying with all relevant obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via Australia Post – Standard Parcel Post. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

2.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

• Metro areas: 2–8 business days

• Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, extreme weather events, or due to postal service delays beyond our control.

2.3 Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $20 (AUD) per order for deliveries within Australia.

Shipping is free for orders of 6 (1/2 case) or 12 (Full case) of wine. You can mix and match wines.

2.4 Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2.5 Delivery Conditions

We only deliver to addresses within Australia.

Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes where alcohol is restricted.

An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery, in accordance with liquor licensing laws.

If no one is available, Australia Post may leave a collection card so the parcel can be collected from your local Post Office.

3. Returns and Replacements

3.1 Our Commitment

We want you to enjoy every bottle you receive from Howling Frog Wines.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it or offer a full refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@howlingfrogwines.com.au and include:

• Your order number,

• A description of the issue, and

• (If applicable) photos showing any damage or defect.

We will assess your request promptly and provide return instructions if applicable.

3.3 Return Shipping

If the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning wine for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return postage will be at your expense, and refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.

3.4 Return Method

All returns must be sent via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post, using the return instructions provided.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods or confirming eligibility.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty/damaged product.

5. Change of Mind Returns

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

However, at our discretion, we may accept a return provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage charges may apply).
